Coordinates, transform, etc tips
Alt right key accesses viewports:
Tip
To create an object aligned to World view, create in Top viewport.
View
This means all the orthogonal views
X = right
Y = up
Z = away from you
Pick
Lets you align to an object or grid
With Pick set to Sphere01, the box now takes on those coordinates:

Right click to activate grid:
Set to grid:
Make objects set to autogrid:
They will then draw on your grid:
I need to get a highlight on this teapot;
I can use Place Highlight. When the light is selected, I pick the teapot’s face where I want a highlight:
The light moves to make a highlight where we place the cursor:
You can use align camera to move the camera to face an object, much like a light:
