NURBS patch modeling set up

Make sure you are set up for modeling:

First we have to set up a new "tool shelf" ... You have to click on that little black arrow:

Name it this, and it will make a new tab for your NURBS modeling tools:

There are 7 tools we have to add.

1] Add Move Normal Tool
Ctrl-shift
and go here to add the tool to the shelf:

2] Attach Tool -- set options and add to shelf:

Select 2 NURBS surfaces and go

Make these settings:

Ctrl-shift and go ...

3] Set up options and add Rebuild Surfaces tool ...

Select 2 attached surfaces and go ...

Ctrl-shift and add Edit NURBS/Rebuild Surface to your shelf:

4] Add Detach Surface

To do this, we have to access an Isoparm first.

Right Click a surface ... select Isoparm:

Click drag a selection marquee (do not click directly on an isoparm):

Now you can Ctrl-Shift Edit NURBS/add Detach Surface:

5] Add insert isoparm ... first select and drag an isoparm into the surface ...

... then ctrl-shift add edit NURBS/Insert Isoparm:

6] Rebuild Curves ...
Select a curve ...

Ctrl-shift edit curves/add rebuild curve:

7] Global Stitch ...
Select All Surfaces ...
Edit NURBS/Stitch/Global Stitch ...

Ctlr-shift Edit NURBS/Stich/Global stitch to add to the tool shelf:
