FX PSD Cement wall blast decal

Make a 512x512 image from a cement pic, make a lasso for the blast area:

Q to enter QUICK MASK:

Mess up the edge selection ... apply the spatter filter ...

Q AGAIN EXITS quick mask ...

Right click layer via copy ...

Apply inner bevel ...

Select modify and contract 15 pixels ...

Repeat the process starting from the Contract selection to Q quickmask and Spatter filter ... up to layer via copy ...

Do it over and over ... fill the smallest selection with black:

Gaussian blur the center hole:

Load the outer ring selections ... Make an alpha channel like this:
