Twirl something    

How: Make a shape (like a large circle) and then click and drag the twirl tool near an edge.

Double click the twirl tool in the tool bar to change the settings.

Tips: Reducing intensity lowers the number of twirls.

Setting the twirl rate to a negative number reverses the direction.
